🧂 Ingredients

1 cup Pumpkin Puree
2 cups Organic Rolled Oats*
1/3 cup Almond Butter*
1 tbsp Pumpkin Spice

or cinnamon*
1 tsp Baking Powder*
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup non-dairy milk
1 diced apple
Peacans*

Instructions

1 1. Preheat the oven to 350F/160C (fan-forced)
2 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, spices and baking powder.
3 3. Pour in the wet ingredients (pumpkin puree, almond milk, maple syrup and
vanilla) and stir until well-combined.
4 4.Lastly, fold in the chopped apple.
5 5. Pour the mixture evenly into a 8×8 baking dish and sprinkle the top with
pecans.
6 6. Place baking dish in oven for about 25-35 minutes or until ready
7 7. Remove oatmeal from oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
