Preheat oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Spread a serving of cottage cheese on top of the parchment paper in a circle
shape and size of a wrap.

Bake for 27 minutes or until golden and edges are crisp.

Let cool completely. Carefully transfer to a plate or cutting board.

Make your wrap by adding ingredients of choice.
