🧂 Ingredients

8 large eggs
¼ cup milk
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon butter
8 slices bread (toasted)
4 slices cheddar cheese
¼ cup pesto

Instructions

1 Crack eggs into a bowl and beat well with milk, salt and pepper.
2 Melt butter in skillet over medium-low heat. Pour in egg mixture.
3 Slowly stir eggs constantly until they form soft curds, about 6-8 minutes.
Remove from heat just before completely set.
4 Build sandwiches by layering toasted bread, cheese, scrambled eggs and pesto.
