Instructions

1 Shred the chicken breasts. Set aside.
2 In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients except the cilantro, tortilla
strips and cheese.
3 Bring to a boil.
4 Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
5 Top with tortilla strips, cheese and cilantro as desired.
