almond flour
1 tbsp
coconut flour
2 tbsp
unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp
Lakanto monk fruit
1/2 tsp
Lakanto monk fruit
3 tbsp
unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp
melted coconut oil
1/2 tsp
vanill aextract
all of the chocolat emorsels
can use sugar free morsels or dairy-free

Add the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder to a mug. Stir or whisk to
combine

Add your milk and oil and vanilla in the mug! Mix well with a spoon. Sprinkle
chocolate chips on top

Cook in microwave for 1 minute
