🧂 Ingredients

1 pre-heat oven to 350℉. Grease your loaf pan or pans, you can make mini loaves if
you want
2 in a stand mixer add the butter and sugar and mix till combined. Add the egg and
then all the dry ingredients.
3 Mash the bananas in a small bowl and then add to the mixer. mix to combined, do
not over mix. Place batter in your prepared loaf pan and bake for 44 minutes up
to an hour. Until you insert a toothpick and it comes out clean.
4 Transfer the cooked loaf to a cooling rack and give it about 10 minutes before
you slice into it. Freezes well if there are any leftovers.
