Basic recipe to make the perfect pizza dough.

Dough Pizza Basic

🧂 Ingredients

1 Add the water, yeast, flour, salt, and olive oil (in that order) to the bowl of
your food processor.
2 Mix it all together until you get a smooth dough
3 Let the dough rise for at least 6 hours in a warm spot in your house. Best you
cover it with a damp towel.
4 Roll your dough out with a rolling pin on a floured (big) chopping board. The
dough is stretchy, so you´ll notice it bounce back. Keep rolling until it keeps
the right shape.
5 Now it´s time to decorate your pizza to your own taste. Bake in a 200 °C/ 390 °F
(pre-heated) oven until golden brown. Buon apetito!
