🧂 Ingredients

1 To make the sauce. Tip in Sugar, soy sauce, mirin in a saucepan. Cook in
low-medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Set aside.
2 Wash and clean the deboned chicken thigh then drain in a colander to remove
excess water. Transfer the chicken into a bowl and rub with salt and pepper.
Marinate for 10 mins.
3 Heat oil in a frying pan over high heat. Place the chicken skin down and fry
until the skin is crispy then turn to cook the other side. Fry for about 10 mins
or until golden brown.
4 When the chicken thighs are nice and golden, pour the sauce and lower the heat
to avoid burning the chicken.
5 Patiently spoon over the teriyaki sauce, Simmer for 10 mins or until the sauce
is thick. Then garnish with toasted sesame seed. Bon appetite!
