cranberries

navel orange
preferably organic
1
green apple
1 tbsp.
fresh grated ginger
1/4 cup
honey

Instructions

Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until chopped and well
incorporated.

Note: If you have small processor, you can chop up each ingredient separately,
add to a large bowl and then add in the honey and ginger and stir until well
combined.
