Coleslaw for 100

🧂 Ingredients

• 12 lbs shredded cabbage slaw (ten 16oz bags) – see Notes
• 96 oz ranch salad dressing
• 2 cups mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
• 1 Tbsp kosher salt
• 1 Tbsp granulated sugar
• 2 Tbsp poppy seeds
• 1 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley

Instructions

• 1 Put the slaw in a very large bowl or hotel pan.
• 2 Add enough ranch to just coat the slaw, tossing in with gloved hands.
• 3 Add the remaining ingredients and toss with gloved hands to mix.
• 4 Add more ranch to desired creaminess. You may not use all the ranch.
• 5 Taste for seasoning. Store in an air-tight container or topped with plastic-wrap
  or foil if making in advance.
• 6 Store in the refrigerator until service.
