filled with potato, harissa, tuna, black olives, hard-boiled egg and slata
mechouia.

🧂 Ingredients

10 grams active dried yeast
1/2 cup tepid water
400 grams flour
1 egg
3 tablespoons of oil
a bit of salt
Oil for frying

Instructions

1 Stir together yeast, water and 1 tablespoon of flour in a bowl.
2 Leave until bubbly (about 10 minutes)
3 Add in all other ingredients
4 Mix together for five minutes
5 Shape into small buns
6 Leave to rise until doubled in size
7 Deep fry in hot oil until golden
