Recipe for Mutton Bone Soup

Anybody for Mutton Bone Soap??

This is perfect to keep Gorom in a Thond Thond climate  In a typical Goan home,
this soup is given to those who have a flu, common cold and cough and even for
those who get diagnosed with Asthama or any other lung condition. Mutton bones,
the elders say are very strengthening and when clubbed with Turmeric, Ginger,
Garlic and other spices enhances not only the taste but also acts as anti
inflammatory and natural medicines to fight against cold and flu. During a cold
and common flu, when the tastebuds and appetite go for a complete toss, this
soup acts as a motivating factor for me, especially when I see mutton pieces in
the soup! Yayyyyy 😊

Usually the Mutton Breast is used in this soup as My Mum always says that it is
the boniest part of the Goat. But then if there’s only bones how will I get
motivated right??? My Teeth need some Meat!!! So I make this soup using Mutton
Ribbs, It has both, the Bones and The Meat! Soul Satisfying!!!Oh Yes!! So Good
😊

Here’s my recipe for this Easy Peasy Mutton Soup. The Winters are setting in.
I’m sure you’re going to need this and don't forget to Make FOO FOO have it
(Like every Mommy, Grandma or Aunty would say) 🙂 🙂 🙂

P.S. Thanks to my Bootifool and dear friend Vero for these cute Soup Mugs! We
absolutely LOVE them at home!
