Anybody for Mutton Bone Soap?? This is perfect to keep Gorom in a Thond Thond climate  In a typical Goan home, this soup is given to those who have a flu, common cold and cough and even for those who get diagnosed with Asthama or any other lung condition. Mutton bones, the elders say are very strengthening and when clubbed with Turmeric, Ginger, Garlic and other spices enhances not only the taste but also acts as anti inflammatory and natural medicines to fight against cold and flu. During a cold and common flu, when the tastebuds and appetite go for a complete toss, this soup acts as a motivating factor for me, especially when I see mutton pieces in the soup! Yayyyyy đ Usually the Mutton Breast is used in this soup as My Mum always says that it is the boniest part of the Goat. But then if thereâs only bones how will I get motivated right??? My Teeth need some Meat!!! So I make this soup using Mutton Ribbs, It has both, the Bones and The Meat! Soul Satisfying!!!Oh Yes!! So Good đ Hereâs my recipe for this Easy Peasy Mutton Soup. The Winters are setting in. Iâm sure youâre going to need this and don't forget to Make FOO FOO have it (Like every Mommy, Grandma or Aunty would say) đ đ đ P.S. Thanks to my Bootifool and dear friend Vero for these cute Soup Mugs! We absolutely LOVE them at home!
View RecipeMushroom Soup is something Iâve enjoyed at almost all Buffets Iâve been too. And now I sit to  wonder why is this soup so commonly served?? If you know the answer, please feel free to write to me:) And No, I'm not complaining,  I just love that soup. My love for Mushrooms started when Dad used to get it in some form or the other from his Hotel. He worked in the Engineering department in the Hospitality Industry, so donât worry nothing related to food! hahah He never ate at his workplace stating he was fedup of the 'rich' food. So, he would get his share of food home, and it used to be Party time for us kids and all the kids in the building. We would be awake till 11 pm only to see what âJack uncleâ has brought. I still remember when Dad would go to work, âBye Dada, Get haanâ would be our bukkad voices saying Bye to Dad! Iâm sure any other child would say Have a nice day or take care hahahahaha But No! Mom has never cooked Mushrooms at home. It was never part of our Traditional cooking plus it used to be considered âExoticâ and overly expensive back in the day(and even now I guess) when it just started hitting the markets. So, I never got a chance to really experiment with Mushrooms. But now as and when I get a chance, I like trying out something or the other. I was feeling a bit off and the doctor said I need to eat bland food and honestly I have no appetite for too much âMasalaâ suddenly. I hope itâs only temporary though! I saw Mushrooms in the fridge and some leftover cream from making Ganache last month. So, I just thought of the âBuffet Soupâ and tried something out and it tasted so good and pretty close to the âBuffet Soupâ. Hereâs what I did

View RecipeThis recipe is absolutely chock full of flavor. Using Auyama (West Indian Pumpkin) gives this recipe a delicious hint of sweetness. The meatballs are super tender and made with beef, sausage and pork. Yum!
