Instructions

1 Place Rocket, Watercress and Spinach on your plates.
2 Drain the tuna from tins and flake in a bowl and add lemon juice then add on top
of your leaves.
3 Slice the roasted peppers and tomatoes, beetroot and gherkins and lay on top of
your tuna.
4 Halve the boiled eggs and place on top of salad. Drizzle salad with olive oil
and season.
