So This is the first time I’ve tried my hand at Egg-Free Marzipan Easter Eggs and Egg-free Decorative Icing! The best part is that this is so simple and there’s absolutely no difference in taste from the usual Marzipan with Eggs! So everyone’s wondering why did I try making Egg-free Easter Eggs! So just recently, a relative of mine, Kelly Gracias asked me if I had a recipe for Marzipan without egg because she wishes to go Vegetarian! So I put on my thinking hat, turned to YouTube and browsed through several recipes but nothing quite convinced me! So I gathered all what I saw and started my trials! And finally got what I wanted! The perfect taste and texture. So thanks to Kelly’s request, I got to learn and try something different! Yayyy!
