🧂 Ingredients

1 Take water in a pot and let the water boil. Put 6 eggs in the boiling water and
start the timer for 6 minutes. After the timer goes off, take the eggs out of
the boiling water.
2 Put the boiled eggs into an ice bath to cool them down. Once the eggs are
cooled, crack the shells and peel the eggs.
3 Chop the garlic, chili, scallion, and coriander first. Take the chopped garlic,
chili, scallion, and coriander in a bowl. Add sugar, sesame seeds, and 150ml
light soy sauce to the bowl. Also, mix 150ml water with the sauce and mix well.
4 Take the peeled eggs in a deep box. Pour the sauce you prepared over the eggs so
that the sauce covers the most part of the eggs. Cover the box and put it in the
refrigerator for one night or at least 8 hours.
5 After 8 hours, soft-boiled and spicy soy sauce egg is ready to serve.
