baby marrows
17 floz
milk
9 oz
flour salt

Dip the sliced baby marrows in milk, drain well and pass through flour. Shake
off surplus flour and deep fry at 180°C for 3 minutes.

Drain on absorbent paper and lightly season with salt. Serve on a dish paper on
a flat dish.
