🧂 Ingredients
½ tsp
garlic powder
½ tsp
onion powder
1 tsp
chili powder
½ tsp
cumin powder
½ tsp
salt
1½ lb
salmon
3
bell peppers
sliced; I use a combo of red, yellow, and orange.

1-2
jalapeno
sliced; use to taste or omit
olive oil

Instructions

Combine all spice in a small bowl, set aside. Taste and salt more if desired to
taste.

Preheat oven to 350°

Pat dry salmon filet(s) with a paper towel. Drizzle olive oil onto salmon and
rub in to coat it thoroughly. Sprinkle about 2/3 of fajita spice mix onto
salmon. Set aside.

Place bell peppers, onions, and jalapeno on sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil
and sprinkle remaining spice mix onto veggies. Toss to coat well.

Place sheet pan in middle rack of oven and bake for 10 minutes. Remove sheet pan
from oven.

Move fajita veggies to make room for salmon and place salmon onto sheet pan.
Place back into middle rack of oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes.
Check the salmon at 10 minutes and if you like it more cooked, leave in for
additional 2 minutes checking again for doneness.
