Persian cucumbers
Red onion
Fresh mint
Fresh dill
Olive oil
Salt and pepper

Instructions

1 Wash and thinly slice the cucumbers and onion.
2 Chop the mint and dill.
3 In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, onion, mint, and dill.
4 Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Add lemon juice if
desired.
5 Toss everything gently.
