1 cup Aunt Jemima yellow cornmeal
1 cup all-purpose flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 pc. egg
1 cup milk
¼ cup vegetable oil
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Instructions

1 Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
2 Combine the cornmeal, salt, baking powder, and all-purpose flour in a mixing
bowl.
3 Then add egg, sugar, vegetable oil, and milk. Beat until smooth.
