2 egg yolks
3/4 vegetable oil
salt

to taste
black pepper

Instructions

1 Put the egg yolks in a medium bowl and beat them for 30 sec until they become
smooth.
2 Add the oil in a steady stream while whisking or start by adding 1 tablespoon of
oil at a time and whisk it until it's incorporated then add 2 tablespoons once
it starts to thicken.
3 Continue to whisk the mayonnaise until it becomes light, thick and creamy.
4 Season it with some salt and pepper.
5 Serve it right away, add it to your salad or store it in the fridge until ready
to use and enjoy!
