🧂 Ingredients

1 box of vanilla cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup of canola oil
1 tablespoon of red velvet flavouring or 1 teaspoon of red food gel
1 tub of vanilla icing
2 tablespoons of red sprinkles

Instructions

1 set oven to 350 degrees
2 mix the dry cake mix with the eggs and the oil - combine well
3 add in the food gel or flavouring and mix until the dough is a uniform colour
4 roll out into 1 inch balls and then shape into large silver dollar shapes
5 bake for 9-12 minutes
6 let the cookies cool for at least 15 minutes before you ice them
7 top with sprinkles
8 eat
