BBQ Dipped Fried Chicken

Day old Fried Chicken is reinvented by dipping it in a tangy BBQ sauce and
baking it until the sauce creates a sticky glaze that melts in your mouth.

🧂 Ingredients

1 In a saucepan over low heat, mix the brown sugar, chile sauce, rum, soy sauce,
ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, dry mustard, and pepper.
2 Simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool, and refrigerate until ready to
use.
3 Preheat oven to 350 degrees
4 Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
5 Dip pieces of cold fired chicken in the BBQ sauce, taking care to completely
coat the chicken.
6 lay coated chicken on the baking sheet, chicken should not touch.
7 bake 35 to forty mins, or until the coating begins to carnalize.
8 remove from oven and allow to set 5 mins before serving. Enjoy.
