🧂 Ingredients

500 g White Chocolate
100 g Gingerbread Men
100 g Marshmallows
75 g Mixed Fruit
50 g Walnuts
20 g Festive Sprinkles

Instructions

1 Line an 8” square cake tin with parchment paper and leave it to one side.
2 Add the chocolate to a heatproof bowl and melt in the microwave on 20-second
bursts stirring in between until the chocolate has completely melted and is
smooth.
3 Add in 90g of gingerbread men, 90g marshmallows, 65g mixed fruit 40g walnuts and
festive sprinkles and mix until completely coated in chocolate.
4 Sprinkle over the remaining ingredients and press down gently.
5 Put the Rocky Road in the fridge for 4 hours or until the chocolate has set.
6 Remove from the fridge and cut into individual portions.
