🧂 Ingredients

½ c. butter

softened
1 lb. sweet rice flour
2 ½ c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
3 c. milk

fresh or evaporated
5 large eggs

beaten
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. coconut flakes

Instructions

1 Start by creaming the butter and eggs together in a mixing bowl. Next, add in
the remaining ingredients one at a time and continue to mix until combined. Then
pour the batter into a greased 9x13 pan and bake for 1 hour at 350°F. The dish
is done when a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean. Remove from
the oven and allow to cool before cutting into squares. Garnish with additional
coconut if desired. Serve and enjoy!
