andwhipped cream are such comforting classic desserts. So, I decided to turn
thebanana pudding into a cookie.

1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a
baking mat.
2 Beat butter and sugars together until creamy. Add pudding mix, eggs, and vanilla
extract.
3 In a medium bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add dry
ingredients to the wet mixture. Mix until just combined.
4 Stir in chopped vanilla wafers and white chocolate chips.
5 Drop dough by rounded tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheet.
6 Bake for 10 minutes, until edges are slightly golden.
