🧂 Ingredients

30 ml Avallen⁠ Calvados
Teaspoon Local Honey⁠
1 dash orange bitters⁠
Top with Champagne⁠

Instructions

1 Add all of the ingredients (except the champagne) to a cocktail glass
2 Give them a quick stir with a teaspoon to dissolve the honey
3 Top with champagne
4 Add a small orange zest on the side for extra dazzle
