These easy Salsa Verde Chicken tacos are incredibly easy to make, require only a
handful of ingredients, and make great leftovers. Seared bone-in chicken thighs
are braised in a chicken stock and salsa verde broth, and combined with sautéed
poblano peppers and onions. Top with crumbled queso fresco, grated cheddar, or
even feta cheese.
