Mom’s Famous Tortellini Salad

Mom's famous tortellini salad is the best combination of cheese tortellini,
sliced red peppers, kalamata olives and a few other simple ingredients tossed in
Robusto Italian dressing and served cold.

🧂 Ingredients

1 lb Tricolor Spiral Pasta
1 lb Cheese Tortellini
1 medium Red Bell Pepper (chopped)
1 small Red Onion (chopped)
6 oz jar Kalamata Olives, pitted
8 oz block Feta Cheese crumbled off the block (dont get the packaged pre cumbled feta)
16 oz bottle Robusto Italian Dressing
1 tbs Oregano

Instructions

1 Cook both of the pastas until al dente and run them under cold water to stop the
cooking process.
2 Add both of the pastas, red onion and bell pepper into a large bowl .
3 Add the robusto italian dressing and mix everything together until its evenly
combined.
4 Cover it, and place it into the fridge to marinate over night.
5 When its ready to serve, sti in the oregano, feta cheese and olives Serve cold
and enjoy!
