Instructions

1 Cook your pasta according to package instructions
2 In a skillet melt the butter and cook the onions for 3-4 minutes until golden
3 Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute
4 Add the vodka and cook for 30 seconds while adding the spices
5 Add the cream and the passata and cook stirring for 3-5 minutes
6 Add the cooked pasta and stir into the sauce
7 Serve with fresh basil
