Guacamole Veggie Sandwich Recipe

Try this Guacamole sandwich made with veggies. This avocado sandwich is
vegetarian, easy to make and packed with tasty guacamole. I call it, "Guacamole
Veggies Sandwich" no matter what you call it, it's one healthy bite after
another of deliciousness!

Instructions

1 Wash veggies, with the exception of the sprouts they should be prewashed.
2 Peel and pit avocado put into a bowl. Add cracked pepper and mash. Next add a
squeeze of a quarter piece of lime. Add crushed garlic clove. Mix together.
3 Peel and slice thinly cucumber about a half if it's a large one.
4 Thinly slice tomato and mushrooms.
5 Next build your sandwich.
6 Layer avocado, cucumbers, mushrooms, tomato and sprouts onto bread. Top with
second piece of bread and slice.
7 Optional dash of salt if desired. *I didn't use salt
