mustard seeds

curry leaves

chopped cloves of garlic
4 tbsp
oil or ghee
2 tsp
grated root ginger
1 tsp
turmeric

sliced fresh chillies
salt
8 oz
julienne of carrot
8 oz
julienne of cauliflower florets
8 oz
diamonds of French beans
8 oz
shredded cabbage

Instructions

Lightly fry 1 tsp mustard seeds, 6 curry leaves and 3 chopped cloves of garlic
in 4 tbsp oil or ghee.

Stir in 2 tsp grated root ginger, 1 tsp turmeric, 2 sliced fresh chillies and
salt.

Add and stir-fry 8 oz each of julienne of carrot, cauliflower florets, diamonds
of French beans and shredded cabbage.

Remove the curry leaves and serve dome-shape in a vegetable dish
