Homemade Uncrustables

An "Uncrustable" peanut butter and jelly sandwich is a pre-made, sealed
crustless sandwich often found in stores. However, you can easily make your own
DIY Uncrustable at home with just a few simple steps.

🧂 Ingredients

24 pieces bread
1 1/2 C peanut butter

sub sunflower butter for nut allergies
3/4 C jelly

Instructions

1 Lay out the slices of bread on a clean surface.
2 Spread the peanut butter onto 12 slices of bread, keeping the peanut butter in
the center.
3 Spread the jelly in the center of the remaining 12 slices and assemble the
sandwiches.
4 Take the mason jar and press it into the center of each sandwich, making sure to
press down really hard and twist to seal the edges.
5 Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer. Freeze for
2 hours.
6 Pack each sandwich individually or put in a large freezer proof container.
7 Store in freezer up to 2 months.
