🧂 Ingredients

¼ cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 tabelspoons sake or water

Instructions

1 Combine all the ingredients and boil for 2 ½ minutes.
2 Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to a month.
