🧂 Ingredients

3 pounds apples, chopped
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup maple syrup

Instructions

1 Combine everything in the slow cooker and cook on low for 10 hours. When done,
puree with an immersion blender (or let cool and use a regular blender). Store
in jars in the refrigerator for 5 days, or freeze for a few months.
