“From New York to Blackpool”

🧂 Ingredients

• 50 ml Bankhall Sweet Mash
• 25 ml Lemon Juice
• 15 ml Simple syrup
• 1 egg white
• 10 ml Red Wine
• 2 dashes Angostura

Instructions

• 1 Add Sweet Mash, Lemon Juice and simple syrup to shaker [https://amzn.to/3JHget4]
  tin and shake hard with ice. 
• 2  Strain and remove ice from shaker and add egg white. Shake hard. 
• 3  Strain shaker into glass over rock ice. (Preferably a Tumbler)
• 4  Pour red wine over back of a bar spoon slowly.
• 5  Garnish with 2 dashes of bitters, lemon wheel, brandy cherry
