Instructions

1 Arrange half of the onion slices in the bottom of the tagine.
2 Add the chicken legs on top, followed by the remaining onion slices.
3 Mix the water, coriander, parsley, and spices in a small bowl or cup.
4 Pour the mixture over the onion and chicken legs, then drizzle the oil on top.
5 Put on the lid and cook the tagine for 20 over low heat.
6 Rinse the gold raisins and sprinkle them on top.
7 Continue to cook the tagine for 15 to 20 minutes until the chicken is done.
