Instructions

1 In a medium mixing bowl combine all of the dressing ingredients then whisk to
combine them. Season the dressing with salt and pepper to suit your taste.
2 Add the salad ingredients into the bowl with the dressing and toss or gently
stir to combine.
3 Cover the salad and put it in the fridge to marinate for at least one hour
before serving.
