perfect dessert for Christmas.

🧂 Ingredients

70g Cashew Butter*
150g Rice Malt*
150g Almond Meal*
20g Almond Milk
9-10 drops Red Food Colouring
7g Cocoa Powder*
100g Coconut Flour*
16 tsp cream cheese (vegan alternative)
350g White Chocolate*

Instructions

1 Mix all dough ingredients in a bowl until a dough forms
2 Make 16 dough balls and form a hole in each ball
3 Fill each ball with cream cheese and gently mould dough around the cream cheese
4 Dip each ball into melted white chocolate and allow to set in fridge for 15
minutes
