Condensed Milk Biscuits

These melt-in-your-mouth Condensed Milk biscuits are easy to make and taste just
amazing, especially with a lovely, hot cuppa!

Instructions

1 Pre-heat oven to 170˚C.
2 Line 2 large baking trays with baking paper.
3 In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar together until soft and fluffy.
4 Beat in the egg and mix well.
5 Add the condensed milk, golden syrup, vanilla and mix thoroughly.
6 Sift in the flour, baking soda, cream of tartar and add a pinch of salt. Combine
well into a dough. Knead lightly if necessary.
7 Form biscuits with a cookie press or roll into small balls, place on prepared
trays and flatten with a fork.
8 Bake for about 10-15 minutes, until lightly golden.
9 Once cool, store in an airtight container.
