2 In a big mixing bowl, toss together the shredded coconut, chocolate morsels, and
chopped pecans. Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and stir until everything
is nicely coated.
3 Use an ice cream scoop or a spoon to scoop out the mixture and form little
discs. Gently pat the tops down to flatten them a bit. If your hands get sticky,
rinse them off or keep a small bowl of water nearby to moisten your fingers.
4 To help the cookies keep their shape, pop the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes
to an hour before baking.
