plain flour
4 oz
cornmeal
1/2 tsp
salt
2 1/2 tsp
baking powder
1/2 cup
Granulated Sugar

eggs
lightly beaten
6 floz
milk
2 oz
butter
melted
10 oz
blackberries
fresh or frozen

Instructions

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) Gas Mark 6.

Lightly grease a 20 X 20-cm/8 x 8-in baking tin.

Sift dry ingredients together.

In a separate bowl, combine eggs, milk and melted butter.

Pour liquid ingredient into flour mixture and stir well.

Add blackberries and mix.

Pour batter into baking tin. at 200°C (400°F) Gas Mark 6 until top is lightly
browned, about 30 minutes.

Cut into squares and serve warm.
