🧂 Ingredients
1 cup
mayonnaise
I use light mayonnaise to save on calories
1 10 oz package
frozen spinach, thawed and drained
Squeeze excess water out of the spinach by hand.
1 cup
shredded parmesan cheese
Don't use the dry stuff that sits in your pantry and doesn't need refrigeration - you can tell the difference!
1 can
artichoke hearts, drained and cut into small pieces

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

Then spread in an oven proof dish (not too large, somewhere around 8 x10
inches).

Bake for 20-25 minutes until it starts to bubble on top.

Serve with your favorite bread or crackers. I particularly like using rye or
pumpernickel squares, or bagel bites.
