🧂 Ingredients

1 Preheat oven to 350° F.
2 In a bowl mash the three ripe bananas with a fork or use a blender to puree
them. Set the bananas aside.
3 In a medium size mixing bowl combine the melted butter with the sugar. Add in
the eggs and blend until smooth. Then pour in the vanilla.
4 To the bowl add in the dry ingredients of the flour and baking soda. Mix
slightly and then add in the bananas. Combine until creamy and smooth.
5 Pour your bread batter into your desired loaf pan or muffin tin (if doing
muffins, fill each muffin cup 2/3 full).
6 Bake for 45 minutes in the preheated 350 degree oven until a toothpick inserted
into the middle comes out clean.
7 Let cool for 10 minutes and then remove from the pan onto a cooling rack.

Enjoy warm with some butter!
