🧂 Ingredients

3 cups Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 tbsp Flour
1 tsp Olive Oil
1 cup Dry white wine
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard

I like to use whole grain, old fashioned style
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper

You can adjust the heat to your likeness
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1 Grate cheese in a large bowl
2 Add flour and mix well
3 Brush a medium size saucepan with olive oil, turn on to medium heat
4 Add wine and garlic
5 Bring to a boil
6 Add cheese, once melted, boil for one minute
7 Stir in all remaning ingredients, mix well
8 Pour into a cheese fondue pot
9 Serve hot
