🧂 Ingredients

1 Cook the rotini pasta to package directions. Drain and set aside.
2 In a large skillet over medium-high heat cook the ground beef, breaking it with
a wooden spoon, until fully cooked,, abou 7 minutes. Drain fat.
3 Add taco seasoning and broth, stir and cook until water is gone.
4 Add cooked pasta and salsa to the pan and mix well.
5 Add 1 ½ cup cheese and mix until melted.
6 Remove pot from heat and add remaining cheese on top and allow to melt.
7 Serve and enjoy!
