🧂 Ingredients

2 cups flour

unbleached
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar

organic cane or coconut
2 eggs

lightly beaten
1.5 cup milk

whole
2 tbsp butter

melted

Instructions

1 Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a bowl.
2 Add eggs, butter, milk and whisk together until well combined.
3 Heat large skillet or griddle over medium heat. When hot add a small pat of
butter and swirl around pan.
4 Pour batter about ⅓ cup at a time for each pancake onto hot skillet. When edges
are dry and bubbles form on top, flip and cook other side for another minute or
two.
5 Repeat with remaining batter and serve hot.
