🧂 Ingredients

2 cups almond milk
3 egg whites
⅓ cup honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp nutmeg
½ tsp cinnamon

Instructions

1 Combine all ingredients - I like to put it in a blender and blend for a minute
or two, but you can also just whisk everything together! The key is to get the
mixture well-combined and a little frothy.
2 Pour mixture into a pot and simmer for 15 min or so – don’t let it boil!
3 Then chill mixture in fridge overnight.
4 Serve on Christmas morning and pour into nice cups and sprinkle with extra
cinnamon!!
