Instructions

1 Step 1: Prepare the PotatoesPreheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Lightly grease a 9-inch pie dish or baking dish.

In the dish, combine potato slices, half & half, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Mix
well to evenly coat the potatoes.

Bake uncovered for 20 minutes until the potatoes begin to soften.

While the potatoes are baking, prepare the dough.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
