Instructions

1 Bring a large pot of satled water to a boil.
2 In a large skillet, combine the olive oil, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Put on
medium heat.
3 Add the pasta to the pot and stir for a minute so that it doesn't stick or
clump.
4 Once the garlic starts to turn golden brown just around the edges, add in the
parsley.
5 Take a ¼ cup of water out of the pasta pot and set it aside. Drain the pasta and
add it to the skillet.
6 Take the skillet off the heat and add in parmesan, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Toss the pasta to coat it in the sauce. Add in the reserved pasta water, and
toss the pasta to coat it. Finish the pasta with a little more freshly grated
parmesan and a few turns of fresh cracked pepper.
